What waterproofing systems do you install?

We install Type C cavity drain membrane systems (Delta MS range) with sump pumps as our primary solution. Where required, we also use Type A tanking systems and resin injection to seal leaks

Do you waterproof both new and existing basements?

Yes. We waterproof both new build basements and existing structures. For new builds, we integrate the waterproofing during construction. For existing basements, we install membranes and pumps to create a dry, usable space.

How often should sump pumps be serviced?

We recommend servicing sump pumps every 6 to 12 months, depending on usage. Regular servicing helps prevent blockages, pump failure, and flooding.
